Aftercare 

Keep the tattoo covered with saniderm for 3 days if allowed by bandage. Take a shower and use the warm water to help loosen adhesive as you slowly remove the bandage. Once off, wash tattoo thoroughly with antibacterial soap and bare hands, then rinse off soap residue when finished.  After your shower, allow the tattoo to dry, then apply a thin layer of white, water-based lotion (Lubriderm, Nivea, Eucerin). Continue to keep tattoo protected, clean and moisturized for the remainder of the healing process.
